Mr. Silvano Malith Jal has previously served as a Director General for Accounts and also as the Director General for Administration and Finance at the Ministry of Finance and Planning.
Silvano Malith is pursuing a bechelor degree of Economics from Starford International University College in Juba.
He also holds certificates in Public Financial Management and Budgeting from World Bank 2003, Freebalance Financial Accountability from Delliote-USAID (2007) as well as Strategic Leadership development from Kenya Institutde of Administration-2013.
