Hon. Benjamin Ayali Koyongwa is a Public Financial Management Expert, he worked for UNDP-South Sudan as a Coordinator for PFM-Secretariat based in the Ministry of Finance and Planning for two years.

Benjamin was a former Minister of Finance, Commerce and Public Service in the defunct Amadi State. He also worked for more than Fifteen years in the National Ministry of Finance and Planning in various positions including serving as the Director of Accounts, Deputy Director of Accounts, Deputy Director of Budget and Revenue.
He also worked for Charlie Goldsmith Associates as a Public Financial Management Specialist on Girl’s Education South Sudan (GESS1) and Accounting Consultant with KPMG East Africa Limited.

Benjamin Ayali holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Financial Management from Edinburgh Business School, Herriot-Watt University, UK and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCoM) Degree for Daystar University in Nairobi – Kenya.
